The Cabigliera family works in their Organic farm Funtana Cana near the town of Pattada a mountain village, (almost 900 m above sea level), the highest in the Province of Sassari, in “Monte Acuto” area. Father, mother and all four siblings are involved in the production. In the last 20 years, their focus is on sheep and cow milk products, made by using old Sardinian recipes. All cheeses and ricotta are produced utilising organic, raw and unpasteurised milk. Their mountain pastures are rich of vitamins and beta carotene and all those enriching healthy ingredients are absorbed within the milk made by their free range sheep. The result is an excellent range of Organic Artisan Pecorino, Ricotta and Peretta cheeses
